Once completed, it will produce nearly 20,000 tons of hard liquor. It’s the primary project of the newly No.3 brewing production area of the company, an important deployment to build China’s core production area of fragrant liquor in Xiangxi, and a strategic measure to accelerate the revitalization of Hunan liquor with Jiugui liquor as the leader. It’s also a strong support for achieving the medium and long-term development goals of Jiugui Liquor.
Natural conditions are an important part of making Chinese liquor, because the essence of liquor brewing is the fermentation process of microorganisms. Jiugui Liquor is attached to the advantageous Xiangxi production area, which is unique in temperature, humidity, water quality and ecology.
Xiangxi is one of the famous production areas of high-quality liquor in Southwestern China.
