From September 7 to 9, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture organized an enterprise delegation to participate in the 24th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), and attended the Hunan (Xiamen) Key Industry Chain Investment Promotion Symposium and Key Industry Investment Matchmaking Conference. The delegation visited multiple enterprises to seek more projects and cooperation.
At the fair, the Xiangxi delegation visited the economic and trade exhibition halls of Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, and other provinces. They exchanged ideas with representatives of Kungfu Animation Company on how to tell Xiangxi’s stories well and strengthen the cultural and tourism industry, hoping to jointly create an IP operation platform that integrates intelligent manufacturing, dissemination, industry, and experience to promote the high-quality economic and social development of Xiangxi.
The delegation also visited enterprises such as Xiamen Baotai Biotechnology Company and Xiamen Oamic Biotechnology Company, and held talks on the geographical characteristics, resource endowment, industrial advantages, preferential policies, and cooperation prospects of Xiangxi. They actively sought cooperation opportunities in such sectors as traditional Chinese medicine, culture and tourism, and agriculture. Xiamen’s enterprises were invited to visit Xiangxi for on-site inspection, investment and development, so as to drive more high-quality projects, enterprises, and talents to settle in Xiangxi.
Since the beginning of this year, Xiangxi has prioritized investment promotion, attracted Hunan entrepreneurs to come back, and issued investment guides.
The first batch of 68 high-quality key investment projects have been developed, with a total investment of 73 billion yuan. More than 150 investment attraction activities have been carried out, and 25 prefecture-level projects have been signed, with a total investment of 11.98 billion yuan. Seven provincial-level key projects have been introduced, with a total investment of 9.79 billion yuan.
